Henry Thayer Company (“Henry Thayer Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of those who entrust us with their personal information. Henry Thayer Company is a consumer products company specializing in natural remedies and other products, such as witch hazel based consumer products. 2. What information does Henry Thayer Company collect, and how is it used and shared?

Henry Thayer Company collects personal information that you provide to us on our website, when you place an order with us, when you contact us, when you provide us with your information at trade shows or other events, or through other means that may from time-to-time be available.

Generally:  We do not sell, rent, or share the personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.  Henry Thayer Company will use personal information to the extent it is necessary to service your needs (such as fulfilling your order or contacting you in response to an inquiry), for our company’s marketing and internal business purposes, and to provide to third
party service providers that we believe may provide a benefit to you, including those that provide services on our behalf.  In some jurisdictions, individuals may have the right to withdraw consent from certain uses of their personal information. If you reside in such jurisdictions, you may have additional rights which are detailed in sections 8 and 9.

Henry Thayer Company’s products and our Site are not directed toward children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. If Henry Thayer Company learns that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information online, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases as soon as possible. You also may designate an authorized agent to make a request for deletion on your behalf on our website at www.thayers.com/optout.

 

When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you for your email address, telephone number, or the last four digits of a credit or debit card used at Henry Thayer Company.  We also may use a third party verification provider to verify your identity. 

Your exercise of these rights will have no adverse effect on the price or quality of the goods or services we offer to you.

For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, Henry Thayer Company has not sold any personal information.

In some cases, personal information that we process, including information from our customers located in various countries,
