COVID-19 Processing Delays
Please know the health and safety of our customers and employees is so important to us. We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment. As a result, your order may experience processing delays coupled with universal shipping delays with our carriers. That being said, you should still expect your orders within 1-12 business days from the day you placed it! As soon as your order ships you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If your order does not arrive within 2-3 days of the estimated delivery or delivery date please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

Thayers is pleased to offer free ground shipping for orders totaling $25 or more.
Upon checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation with a copy of your order.
Typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days, please see shipping rates above for average transit time by method. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. For expedited shipping, please allow 1 business day for processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or if the content of the parcel has been damaged, please call us at 1-888-842-9371 or send us an email. Inquiries should be reported as soon as possible if not within 5 business days and include pictures of the damaged or miss-shipped product(s). If you do not receive your order within 3-5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please call us at 1-888-842-9371 or send us an email so we may proceed with a lost package investigation.

Ground and expedited methods does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to post office boxes. Orders are also subject to delays in line with UPS restrictions, please find more information here.
APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via UPS SurePost, please allow 6 to 10 business days for delivery.
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via expedited methods 2 day and overnight.
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. territories).
