Witch Hazel Natural Complex Series: Vitamin C Serum BenefitsYou already know that eating foods high in Vitamin C like citrus fruits and dark leafy greens can help nourish your skin from the inside out. However, did you know that including it as part of your daily skincare routine feeds your skin in the opposite direction, from the outside in?
It’s true! Vitamin C contains powerful antioxidants that can help make your skin look brighter, firmer, and maintain a healthy, youthful complexion. In addition, it also helps fight free radicals, which can cause signs of aging. What’s not to love about any of those things?
Improve Your Complexion and Get Glowing Skin with Vitamin CSo, how do you get all the benefits of adding Vitamin C to your skincare routine? Start by choosing a product that contains the right ingredients. While Vitamin C alone won’t always do the trick, you can pair it with other healthy options to create the ideal concoction for your daily skincare routine.
For example, there’s witch hazel. As a natural botanical ingredient, it helps tighten pores and reduce inflammation for healthier-looking skin. Witch hazel is also an important antioxidant, which can help reduce oil production and minimize blemishes. Witch hazel is also good for dry skin when paired with other nourishing ingredients, such as aloe vera and jojoba oil.
As you can tell, the dynamic duo of Vitamin C and witch hazel are a winning combination when it comes to perfecting your daily skincare routine.
